Application Process
Upon receipt of your CV, we will review your qualifications to determine if you are eligible to join our team. If we feel your qualifications will meet our needs, we will contact you for an interview. The interviewing process can be extensive as it may include multiple phone interviews and site visits. If you are a resident physician, you may want to apply at least six months before completing your program – especially if you are not already Texas-licensed.

Texas License
If you haven’t already done so, you should apply for your Texas medical license as the process can take some time. You must have this license to begin practicing with HIG. We will give first priority to those who are already Texas-licensed and those who have already applied for their license.
